Executive Minister
Brian Flood
Brian is a 1994 graduate of Ozark Christian College with a Bachelor of Biblical Literature Degree and a Bachelor of Music Ministry Degree. He is also a 1999 graduate of Lincoln Christian Seminary (now Lincoln Christian University) where he received a Master of Arts in Counseling Ministry.
Before coming to FCC in 1999 Brian served churches in Texas and Illinois.
Brian is married to Natalie and they have two adult sons, Jacob (Nicolette) and Joshua.
Brian enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and all forms of racing. And although he is a proud Hoosier by birth he loves following OSU football and the Cleveland Indians.

Teaching Minister
Larry Sams
Larry is a 1994 graduate of Ozark Christian College with a Bachelor of Biblical Literature degree. In 1999, he married Megan. They have two daughters, Molly and Caroline. Before joining the staff of FCC, Larry held ministries in Florida and Illinois.
Larry’s interests include spending time with his family, participating in and performing with local theater groups, watching and playing sports (he watches more than he plays), golf and the Florida Gators.

Children's Minister
Kara Rose
Kara is a 2021 graduate of Kentucky Christian University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and Youth & Family Ministry with a minor in Worship. She joined the Faith Christian Church home at the end of 2021! In August of 2021, she married Noah Rose, and they moved from Grayson, Kentucky to New Philadelphia in 2021
Kara enjoys spending time with family and friends, shooting archery and playing/writing music in her free time. She is a proud Pittsburgh native and continues to cheer on her favorite NHL team, The Pittsburgh Penguins.

Youth Minister
Noah Rose
Noah is a 2021 graduate of Kentucky Christian University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and Youth & Family Ministry. He is originally from Jackson, Michigan but joined the Faith Christian Church home at the end of 2021! In August of 2021, He married Kara Rose and now they live on the southside of New Philadelphia.
Noah enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and camping. He is and always has been a proud Ohio State Buckeye fan.

Worship Minister
Josie McCutcheon
Faith Christian has been Josie's church family for over 20 years. Originally from New Philadelphia, Josie currently lives in Canton with her husband, Nathan, and their dog, Blanche. She is a huge musical theater fan and loves to perform at the local community theater.
Josie holds a bachelor's degree in music therapy with a minor in psychology from Ohio University. She is a board certified music therapist who specializes in work with hospice patients and older adults with dementia. Josie loves to use music every single day to help others, but most importantly, she loves to use music to worship Jesus!
