What to Expect:
Whether you are a devoted follower of Jesus, a skeptic giving this whole church thing a shot, or somewhere in between – you are welcome here. At Faith Christian we will never assume that you have your life together, if you won’t make that assumption about us.
We are a group of imperfect people, loved by a perfect God.
We understand that visiting a new church can be a very unnerving experience, so to make things a little more comfortable, here’s what you can expect when you visit Faith Christian Church.
Children are important to us. We provide safe, fun, exciting, and age appropriate children’s programming during both of our services.
Babies are lovingly cared for in our nursery; while children up to fifth grade enjoy fun, age appropriate classes that reinforce and flesh out the biblical values you are teaching at home.
For your family’s safety, our children’s area utilizes a check-in/check-out procedure and is staffed by screened volunteers.
One of the ways that we let God know that we appreciate who He is and what He has done is by singing songs to Him. The words to the songs will be projected onto the screen at the front of the sanctuary.
This is when we remember that Jesus Christ loves us and forgives us for everything we’ve ever done wrong. He did this by dying on a cross, so that our sins could be taken away and we could be made right with God. All who believe are welcome to participate in our communion time. Please eat the bread and drink from the cup as they are passed to you. Then spend a few quiet moments reflecting on what Christ has done for you.
God is doing great things through His people at Faith Christian Church. Those of us who believe in the way God is working through this church give money to support what’s happening. If you are visiting with us, we consider you our guest and are grateful for your attendance, please do not feel compelled to give.
Solid Biblical teaching that is relevant for today. Bibles are available underneath the seats in the sanctuary if you would like to check for yourself what is being taught. If you do not have a Bible of your own, please take that Bible home with you – it is our gift to you. You can listen to past sermons here.
